We index public company career pages and their recruiting platforms, not job aggregators. Every application takes you to an external employer listing. We do not take applications or act on your behalf.
Search uses text relevance and rule-based classification. It is not an AI match score or a prediction of your chances. Inferred categories, experience levels, and locations can be imperfect.
Each role shows the source's last successful check, separately from its posting date and when we first found it. Our opt-in daily refresh targets established Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby boards, prioritizing India hiring. Other sources may be older; provider failures and free-tier limits can delay updates.
India is the default starting point, with other locations and remote roles available. Remote does not guarantee eligibility from India. Coverage is incomplete, and an indexed role may have closed since our last check.
Discovery, company profiles, direct applications, and your personal workspace work today. Sign in to save roles, track applications, keep private notes, follow companies, and save searches. Your in-app inbox includes future discoveries only; resuming a paused search skips the paused period. Checks use our existing index, not a live fetch. This free-hosted preview can take about a minute to wake after inactivity and has limited capacity.
If you create an account, we store your name, email, password hash, sessions, saved roles, stages, notes, follows, saved searches and inbox history in our hosted database. Verification and recovery credentials are stored as hashes, not usable links. We do not collect resumes or share your workspace with employers. You can export your data or delete your account in settings. Existing backup copies remain until those backups expire.
This preview has no scheduled database backups or guaranteed account-data recovery. Keep private JSON exports of important workspace information; exports cannot automatically restore an account.
You can request email verification from account settings and use password recovery when email delivery is configured. Our email provider processes the recipient address and verification or recovery message to deliver it. Provider acceptance does not guarantee receipt. The current mode is shown below.
Unverified accounts can still save roles and track applications. Email job alerts are not available; verification will be required before any future email job alerts. Never reuse a password from another service. Rolecall remains a personal, non-commercial public preview, without an uptime or freshness guarantee. Your search filters are in the page URL, so avoid personal information when sharing a search.
